INTAKE PROCEDURE:Call agency and request appointment.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:Valid ID, Proof of residence, proof of Hurricane Harvey impact, insurance and/or FEMA documents if applicable, proof of income; NOTE: additional documents may be requested after initial phone or in-person interview

ELIGIBILITY:Impacted by Hurricane Harvey, reside in coverage area, low income

HOURS:Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
