DESCRIPTION:Provides case management for eligible homeowners affected by Hurricane Harvey.

INTAKE PROCEDURE:Call agency and request appointment.


DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:Valid ID, Proof of residence, proof of Hurricane Harvey impact, insurance and/or FEMA documents if applicable, proof of income; NOTE: additional documents may be requested after initial phone or in-person interview

ELIGIBILITY:Impacted by Hurricane Harvey, reside in coverage area, low income and a homeowner. All are eligible to apply,though there is a focus on helping homeowners over 60 years, or homeowners with a child under the age of 6 or homeowners with a family member who has a disability and lives in the home; Must be a homeowner regardless
